At the core of the anniversary celebration were the moving stories shared by patients who navigated their own complex paths to parenthood.
- Puan Noraslinda: After facing heartbreak during her 1st Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET), Puan Noraslinda chose to persevere. Moving forward with a 2nd Embryo Transfer assisted by Embryo Glue technology to support optimal implantation, her resilience paid off in the sweetest way possible—she recently gave birth to healthy twin babies. Her story stands as a powerful reminder that a single setback does not define the end of a journey.
- Janice and Ryan: Originally from the Philippines, Janice and Ryan spent 15 years in Singapore hoping, praying, and seeking solutions to start a family. When they were finally ready to undergo IVF in 2020, the global pandemic halted their plans, closing borders and delaying treatments. After relocating to Malaysia, they found Alhaya Fertility Centre and Dr. Haris. Today, after 15 years of waiting, they are holding their precious child, Rafa. As Janice highlighted, IVF is a full team effort—made possible by doctors, embryologists, nurses, and coordinators walking alongside patients every step of the way.

To ensure high-quality fertility care remains accessible and widely supported, Alhaya Fertility Centre officially announced key appointments and strategic collaborations during the event:
- New Medical Facilitators: Official Certificates of Appointment were presented to Ms. Sastya Wardani (CEO & Co-Founder of Ovy Health) and Mr. Razim Ismail (CEO & Co-Founder of Medidaya), marking new joint efforts to enhance awareness and access across the region.
- Patient Ambassador: Medical doctor Dr. Amanda Elli was officially appointed as Alhaya’s Patient Ambassador. Having personally navigated her own fertility treatment at the clinic, Dr. Amanda will continue to inspire, educate, and encourage couples by openly sharing her personal story of hope and resilience.
